Health of a Nation
The crisis of health in America has reached a breaking point. Sixty percent of Americans have at least one chronic disease and forty percent have two or more. Testosterone levels and sperm counts have been in decline for three decades. Female reproductive health problems that were once rare are now common. Rates of mental illness have exploded. Drug addiction ravages the country. Overdoses claim more lives than car accidents and gun violence combined. The environment is making people sick and depressed. The food production system is rigged in favor of multinational corporations and against the American consumer. Health care in the US is worse than in many developing countries.
For decades, these issues have been denied political representation. That all changed with the candidacy of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Nicole Shanahan, and their subsequent alliance with President Trump. Together with their supporters, they joined a movement to Make America Healthy Again.
In that same spirit, the theme of our next print edition is centered on Health. Subscribe or order your copy today and help us grow the conversation.
